Today, it was reported that Sony loss 94% in profits throughout quarter 2. Nintendo's profits, on the other hand, are up almost double to 72% in quarter 2. Most of this is due to the hugely popular handheld, Nintendo DS.

Nintendo hopes to have that same success with its new innovative console, Nintendo Wii, set for launch on November 19. Sony has foreshadowed even more loss due to falling PSP sales and a price cut on its new console, the PS3. Im no analyst, but I'd say things are looking pretty good Nintendo.
